Bambu A1 Plug-On Filament Guide with Secure Lock (A1 Aufsteck-Filamentführung)

Made for Bambu A1 printer when using WITHOUT the AMS.

We sometimes had the problem that the filament got uncontrolable phaseout especially with new filemant spools that had full capacity of material on.

To eliminate that problem we made this plug-on filament guide for the Bambu A1 printers. You can easily click it onto the top bar and slide it sidewards to your prefered position.

Next you slide in the already loaded filament from the front and the guide will hold it in position BUT it can sometimes happen when you print higher objects that the filament will jump out to the front.

This problem is solved by implementing small holes in front of the guiding notch where you can easily SECURE the filament in place by using a ~3cm piece of filament and push it through the holes (see pictures). The filament is now not able to escape anymore!
