O-Ring for Gas Bottle

This o-ring needs to be printed correctly and in the right material to properly seal the connection between the high pressure gas bottle and the pressure regulator. Use it in a well ventilated area. Especially if you intent to use it for flammable gases. It works for me. But there are no guarantees that it will work for you.  

Printing Instructions

Print it with as many perimeters, that your slicer does not generate any infill (see the slicer screenshot). It should print all circles. With a 0.2 mm nozzle, it is 4 perimeters. Print in a material that allows for some flex, without being soft. PLA is generally too hard and brittle! PETG, ABS, PA, hard TPU are candidates to try.

I use it with non-flammable CO₂ gas.
