Button Replacement for a Olight Baton 3.
I printed it in TPU 95A, but you may want to use a softer material. Model is designed to print without supports with a 0.2 initial layer and 0.1 layer lines. Outer rim has a slight tamper to allow it to be printed. I used 100% concentric infill. You may need to reprint and tweak the model's scale in the z to work perfectly, it only takes about 5 mins to print on a ender 3.(z offset, material stiffness, and slight deviations in printers may result in different results).
For the V1 I recommend using a translucent material to keep the battery indicator light function, or if you want the button to look stock, print the V2 version (see photo 2) and cut a 4mm piece of 1.75mm clear or white TPU filament and insert it in the hole, seal off the top with a microtorch. May work with other Olight models but I have not tested. Could also be printed with a flexible resin or remixed to be a mold for silicone casting.
