Heusinkveld Ultimate+ HPR adapter

There seemed to be no free Simagic HPR adapters for the Heusinkveld Ultimate+ pedals, so I made my own. 

One model for brake and throttle, separate model for clutch.

Designed for M5 Ruthex inserts. 

Run a long M5 screw through the part from the insert side to clear out any material pushed into the holes by installing the inserts. 

Use 2 M5x0.8 25mm button head screws in the holes not occupied by the pedal face mounting screw. 

Use 4 M4x0.7 12mm flat head screws to mount the HPR. 

It is possible to use the included M4x0.7 10mm flat head screws but there will be a significant reduction in thread engagement, do so at your own risk.
