Print the mesh flat and then use heat (heatgun/hairdryer) to carefully wrap it around your wrist. 

I have posted 2 sizes of mesh depending on how big your wrists are. The rune stone fits into both. 

I painted mine with acrylic paint AFTER bending it into shape around my wrist.
