2010 - 2013 Mazda 3 Rear Bumper lower mount replacement

These are replacement mounting brackets for the rear bumper of 2010-2013 Mazda 3 cars.

If you've ever been in a minor fender bender, the OEM mounting brackets are designed to shear to protect the frame.  They are integrated into the bumper itself, meaning you have to replace the entire bumper to replace the mounting brackets.

This allows you to repair or reuse your existing bumper without paying $300+ for an entire replacement bumper.

These are designed to work just as the originals - they will shear in the event of a collision to prevent damage to the frame.

Print instructions

It is critically important to print these parts in the proper orientation - provided in the file Brackets_3DP_Optimized_Print_0.4mm and that the model be printed with 0.2mm layer height or lower to maximize part strength.

Do not print in PLA.  Use ABS, ASA, PETG or another high temp, weather resistant material.  Materials with fiber reinforced additives are advised.
