Flagpole Mount

Instructions

1. Print with an outdoor-safe filament, like polycarbonate. Use a coarse gyroid infill and no solid bottom layers.
2. Coat two rods of up to 3mm diameter with epoxy and insert them into the reinforcement channels. I used 3mm carbon-fiber rods.
3. Fill the gyroid innards with epoxy and allow it to dry.

Durability

As of June 2023, I've had this mounted on my house for the seventeen months. So far, so good.
