BTT HBB skirt mount for Voron Trident 300/350

I'm not a fan of the skirt piece that BTT released for their HBB board, it changes the stock ahestetics and most importantly it's only compatible with Voron 2.4 printers. Why not design one myself?

This print replaces your Voron Trident 300/350 right skirt and consists of two parts: a skirt piece and a hbb case piece. 

Both parts are already oriented and don't need supports, please ensure the slicer produces a wall for the thin skirt piece where the case slides into. Please note that the bottom panel clip will sit 0.3mm lower than before, due to a slight offset of the mating surface on the skirt

BOM

• 3 M3x8 SHCS (Voron BOM) for mounting the skirt to the bottom extrusion, and attaching the bottom panel clip to it
• 4 M3x6 for securing the BTT HBB to the case
• 2 M3x4 SHCS for mounting the case to the skirt
• 1 M3x5x4 threaded insert as per Voron BOM, the rest of the screws thread into plastic

Printing

Use standard Voron printing settings for both pieces, ABS is suggested but other materials will work just fine as it's outside the printer chamber

Assembly

• insert the case into the skirt (from the back), making sure the cutout for the usb cable is towards the middle of the printer (away from the Voron logo)
• secure the case to the skirt using the 2 M3x4 bolts, one on the bottom and one on the top
• insert the BTT HBB from the back making sure the USB-C port aligns with the case cutout. You will need to push the board using a little force, as its acrylic piece has tight tolerances with the case
• secure the HBB using the 4 M3x6 bolts
• optionally add your chosen Voron accent piece in the Voron logo slot
• install the skirt as per Voron manual using the remaining M3x8 bolts

Where can I find that usb keystone insert?

Here (printables)! I mounted it in the only hole available that wouldn't interfere with the z motor, and had to cut the side that touches the HBB case
