Leuchtender Deko Weihnachtsmann zum Zusammenbauen

Ein lustiger Weihnachtsmann, in dem drei handelsübliche LED Teelichter Platz finden, zwei im Bauch und eines im Kopf. Witziges Deko Element zum selbst Zusammenbauen, auch wenn man keine LED Teelichter zur Hand hat. Der niedliche kleine Kerl sitzt am liebsten auf einem Tisch oder Schränkchen, wo er frech und locker seine Beine baumeln lassen kann. Und wenn dann noch ein Weihnachtsbaum in der Nähe steht, fühlt er sich rundum wohl :-)

Druck-Infos

Der Körper mit den Beinen sowie die Mütze müssen zweifarbig gedruckt werden. Hier sind bei Druckern ohne MMU oder AMS je zwei Filament-Wechsel erforderlich:

Körper

Filament-Wechsel-Pausen bei 0,20 mm Schichthöhe:

• Erste Farbe Rot
• Wechsel auf Schwarz vor der 3. Schicht (0,60 mm)
• Wechsel auf Rot vor der 78. Schicht (15,60 mm)

Mütze

Filament-Wechsel-Pausen bei 0,20 mm Schichthöhe:

• Erste Farbe Weiß
• Wechsel auf Rot vor der 41. Schicht (8,20 mm)
• Wechsel auf Rot vor der 186. Schicht (37,20 mm)

Alle anderen Bauteile sind einfarbig und können entweder mit MMU oder AMS auf einer Platte gedruckt werden oder gemeinsam nach Farben sortiert auf getrennten Platten gedruckt werden (ohne MMU oder AMS):

• Weiße Teile: Bart und Augenbrauen
• Schwarze Teile: Mantelknöpfe und Augen

Theoretisch können alle Teile ohne Support gedruckt werden, ich empfehle aber, Support mit Baumstruktur zu verwenden, um die Stabilität zu erhöhen und unschöne Überhänge zu vermeiden.

In den 3mf-Dateien sind die Druckteile bereits nach Farben sortiert, außerdem sind Pausen und Support bereits voreingestellt.

Montage-Infos

Bei der Montage der Kleinteile an Kopf und Körper bitte vorsichtig sein, um die dünnen Wände nicht zu beschädigen.

Alle Kleinteile sollten von allein festsitzen, aber wer mag, kann auch einen Tropfen Klebstoff verwenden, um sie sicher und dauerhaft zu befestigen

Wenn der kleine Kerl seine Beine baumeln lassen soll, einfach die Beine direkt am Körper an der vorgesehen Falz nach unten abknicken.

Theoretisch können alle Teile im Slicer hoch skaliert werden, um ein noch größeres Modell zu erhalten, wo noch mehr Teelichter oder andere größere Batterie-Lichter hineinpassen. Auch können die Filament-Farben und -sorten natürlich variiert werden. Ich bin gespannt auf eure Makes und gerne auch Remixe.

Illuminated Decorative Santa Claus to Assemble

A fun Santa Claus that can hold three standard LED tea lights, two in the body and one in the head. A humorous decorative item to assemble, even if you don't have LED tea lights on hand. The cute little guy loves sitting on a table or shelf, where he can casually dangle his legs. And if there's a Christmas tree nearby, he's sure to feel right at home. :-)

Object Info

• Dimensions: approx. 16 x 11 x 7 cm (Height x Width x Depth)
• Total print time: approx. 6.5 hours
• Total filament used: approx. 120 grams

Printing Info The body with legs and the beanie must be printed in two colors. For printers without MMU or AMS, two filament changes are required:

Body

Filament change pauses at a 0.20 mm layer height

• First color: Red
• Switch to black before the 3rd layer (0.60 mm)
• Switch to red before the 78th layer (15.60 mm)

Beanie

Filament change pauses at a 0.20 mm layer height:

• First color: White
• Switch to red before the 41st layer (8.20 mm)
• Switch to red before the 186th layer (37.20 mm)

All other parts are single-colored and can either be printed on one plate with MMU or AMS or separately on different plates sorted by color (without MMU or AMS):

• White parts: Beard and eyebrows
• Black parts: Coat buttons and eyes

Theoretically, all parts can be printed without support, but I recommend using support with tree structure to increase stability and avoid unsightly overhangs.

In the 3mf files, the parts are already sorted by color, and pauses and support are preconfigured.

Assembly Info

Be careful when attaching small parts to the head and body to avoid damaging the thin walls.

All small parts should stay in place on their own, but if desired, a drop of glue can be used to secure them permanently.

If you want the little guy to dangle his legs, simply bend the legs downward at the intended crease on the body.

Theoretically, all parts can be scaled up in the slicer to create an even larger model, where more tea lights or other bigger battery-powered lights can fit. The filament colors and types can, of course, be varied. I'm looking forward to seeing your makes and also any remixes.
