Case for glasses that uses 3D flexible structure. This model is printed flat and then folded into its final shape.

Printing:

There are small user support blocks under the side wall radiuses and it is intended to be printed with 0.2mm layer height. If you don't want these support blocks you can split the model in the slicer and then remove them. But then you will have to use another supporting method in these areas.

I printed this with PETG, 0.2mm layer, 3 perimeters.

Tips:

  1. If you need another width of the case, try to scale the model just in A direction. The original clearance between walls is 154mm (see picture bellow).
  2. If you need to modify depth and height of the model, try to scale B and C direction using the same value!!! Otherwise you could cause problems when folding the model.
  3. And yes, of course you can try the overall scale ;).
