I could not find any 3d printable models or scales for the Ontario RAT II knife online, so I created a couple of versions this weekend. There are two styles, solid (left and right) and inlay (left, right and inlay left/right). I would recommend printing them solid infill, there is a slight overhand in a couple areas that will allow you to sand and file the thumb (liner lock) region to your liking. The first picture with inlay was printed with copper fill pla, filed and sanded, then painted black, sanded lightly with steel wool, inlay glued in with super glue, clear coat applied, then sanded again.
These are not perfect, but close enough for my first attempt at knife scales.
