Quite simple. Put is wires, twist it and get a nice cable.
One wire must be in the centre, then the others in the outside holes.
After the wires are in and clamped in a vise, twist clockwise and the wires will twist together and, if the coating is not sticky, should advance by itself.
In the end, do a couple of passes with a heat gun to induce memory in the resulted cable, secure the ends to prevent fraying and done!
I recommend to print this in PETG due to its lower friction, but PLA will also work. No supports required.
