Spoiler alert : My acquaintance is on the fence about whether she likes using this or not. But I thought someone else might find this useful, so here it is.
This print was made for an acquaintance of mine who has both severe arthritis and vision problems. These problems make it difficult for her to remove the small slippery cap on her lip moisturizer, and also to find the cap if she puts it down. The print serves as a replacement cap, and also acts as a stand/holder; it is easy to grip to remove from the applicator.
This was made specifically to fit Chap Stick brand lip moisturizer, but can be scaled to fit other brands.
For scaling purposes I have included a "TestCut" section of the model which can be quickly printed to test for fit. I will also note that the ID for the included model is 14mm, so test scaling can be based on that number.
No assembly is required. Simply remove and discard the cap from the applicator, and insert the applicator open end first into the holder. The holder is deep enough to hold the applicator with the “stick” partly extended.

I recommend using a bright color filament like orange or yellow that stands out from the background and is easy to see.
Print in PLA using the 3mf files provided, otherwise :
Note : To test the print size with a smaller faster printing “section” which uses little filament, print the TestCut version first. If your applicator fits the test version, it will fit the main model. Otherwise you can scale the test version to get a good fit, and then scale the main model in the same way.
