Instructions for battery holder assembly are on my blog at https://www.geekmomprojects.com/flexible-3d-printed-battery-holder.

These designs were tested on a Prusa MINI+ using Matter Hackers Pro Series TPU flexible filament. They were printed with 0.1mm layer height and with the “Avoid Crossing Perimeter” setting selected to minimize stringing with the flex filament. A thin layer of Elmer's glue stick under the print helped it to adhere to the bed and remove easily after printing.

The name of the file designates the size of the Li-Ion battery it is designed to hold (e.g. 18650). The term “open” or “closed” in the name indicates whether the holder encloses the bottom of the battery (a bit safer for wearing but longer print, uses more filament) or whether the bottom of the holder is open. All battery sizes EXCEPT 10440 have both “open” and “closed” versions, but the 10440 battery is for a working “closed” version.
