I wanted to fit more balls in the ball bucket for my table tennis robot Pongbot Nova S Pro.
It's made in two or four parts depending on the printer size.
The effective height of the extender is 80mm.
It is infinitely expandable.
The 2-part model is 190x176 mm big.
The 4-part model is 176x95 mm big.
It works without any screws or glue.
But it can be screwed together with M3x6 screws for added rigidity.
For a nice flush look use ultra low screws, but any head type works.
As an option It can be glued together.
To avoid lifting on the printbed it's recommended to add a brim of 3mm.
Gluestick can also be used for added security to the plate.
No support should be needed. Print orientation is to print it with the U-channel up, see picture.
Mine printed fine with 0.6mm nozzle and 0.35mm layer height SPEED setting.
(In my picture of the print in action there is a gap between the two halves, but that is now fixed, but i didn't print a new one because it works as it is.)
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
