What is this for? :

Here is a remix of the Mercury one Electronics enclosure and CoreXY mod so it can fit an E5S1 (Ender 5 S1). The normal Ender 5 (pro) is wider than the E5S1, so the original skirts didnt fit on the front and in the back of the printer. Now it does! Also, there are a few parts that were not fitting on the E5S1 so I had to remix them.

I also added the following changes to make your (and my) life easier:

-I changed the holes in the skirt so now you need M3 bolts instead of M5 bolts.

-I added 3d printable bottom panels to avoid buying custom CNC panels. I printed them in ABS, (wich I would not recommend due to shrinkage. I had to force a bit to make the panels fit)

-I designed a simple limit to the Y axis rail to avoit it unrailling by mistake.

-A adapted the Eva 2.4 toolhead to make it fit a MGN9H carriage and rail with an orbiter extruder.

My setup :

-MainBoard : Btt octopus v1.1
-MCU: BTT Pi2
-Stepper Drivers : TMC2240
-StepperMotors : LDO-42STH48-2504AH
-Bed : Stock bed that came with the printer

Toolhead:
-Toolhead board : Mellow Sht36 V3 (Canbus) (with 31865 chip)
-Extruder : LDO Orbiter V2
-Hotend : Phaetus Rapido 2 HF

Instructions:

I followed ZeroG's MercuryOne Build guide for pretty much everything with some minor changes :

-Put the y endstop inside of the frame (as in the picture below) since the outside doesnt have a slot.

-Reverse the bed's nut so that the lead screw isnt too short.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I adapted the Mercury One to fit on an Ender 5 S1 frame (which has a narrower frame).
