Having tried a number of dual 5015 cooling ducts for the Sprite extruder, the Heartbreaker MK5 is far and away my favorite. It's an excellent design that moves a good volume of air and adds the option for a bore camera focused on the nozzle.
The primary reason for the remix was that I found the mounting holes didn't quite match the fans I was using, and the duct throats - where the fan exhaust connects with the Heartbreaker - were pretty tight. Together, these led to a fair bit of wrestling during assembly, and some air pressure being lost at the interface. Additionally, I wanted something that would protect the fan wiring and solder joints from getting jostled during filament changes and the like. This remix addresses those issues by converting the model into a 2-part enclosure which opens up the fan ducts and provides interior room to house the wiring.
While tinkering, I added a few other changes that may or may not be useful for others. Specifically, one mod to use a smaller diameter bore camera, another to add a cable channel that keeps the camera cable clear of the extruder gear, and another to keep the fan power wires tucked alongside the mounting bracket. All of these are optional variants, so pick the files that match your use case & preferences.
All parts can be printed flat without supports. PETG is strongly recommended, due to the proximity of the ducts to the hotend.
