I want to love these, I desperately do. That said. I just don't. I made 14 of them (more if we count test prints) for the 3d printer car that I am making. Aesthetically they look great. I thought they were a fantastic option for something that is specifically about 3d printing. The problem comes in with installation. There just isn't enough in the way of tolerance as generated. Screwing them in by hand when the back is meant to be recessed into the drawer front is near impossible. Definitely not toolless. The parts have so much friction between each other that they require superhuman grip strength. So much so in fact that several of them I abandoned the back part of the print entirely and just used quality construction adhesive. They're never coming out now is the downside of course so there's no replacing them.
I tried various print settings 15% infill worked decent, but looked the least acceptable. 50% is what I ultimately went with as it was a decent balance between complete unusability and nice smooth prints. 100% was absolutely not happening. Not enough give to allow them to be screwed all the way together - and so much friction that the test piece wouldn't come back apart. Largely default .20 layer height, and various prusa profiles.
They look good on my cart, but the juice absolutely wasn't worth the squeeze. If I was to use these again I would forgo the back portion on all of them and simply use adhesive to keep them in place.
