KIEV 88CM Battery adapter for TTL Viewfinder

This custom battery adapter is designed for the KIEV 88CM TTL viewfinder, providing a modern solution to replace the discontinued 6V battery. Built with precision and compatibility in mind, the adapter ensures seamless functionality of the viewfinder while utilizing readily available LR44 batteries (four of them). It offers a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly alternative, extending the usability of vintage KIEV 88CM cameras.

Unlike other designs, this adapter requires aluminum or copper tape to be applied between the bottom and the interior of the adapter. This is necessary because the combined length of the batteries is slightly shorter than needed for a proper connection.
