Spring Cup

This spring cup increases the belt tension by preloading the spring about 3mm in the Qidi X-Max 3 Automatic Belt Tensioner. Just dismount both Belt Tensioners, take the spring out, put the cup on one end and put it back in its case, keep the plastic tube on other end of spring and remount it. Now loosen the 4 screws of both Belt Tensioners on printers backside. When loosen the screws move the print head in all directions. Tighten the 8 screws in the back again. Now your belt has more tension and you are done. Enjoy your printing.
