Refinements to the Stress filament sensor to improve filament feeding.

Please refer to the original for instructions, and this is just a refined and cleaned up model for the filament path. but these are the key improvements I did the the model.

Key upgrades:-

  • Slug cleaned up and made a bit tighter, with better locking onto the PTFE Tubing.
  • Made so that every hole lines up correctly, as found things dont line up with main body.
  • Added a PC4-M10 fitting to main body.
  • Cleaned up the internals of the main body as that the filament does not catch when feeding at high speeds.(As was causing miss feeds and jam's).
  • Added a Second Locking fitting to the slug to further prevent it from pushing the PTFE tube out, and with the refined internals no longer needed the 8mm PTFE tube sticking out the other side of the slug.

Since doing the Upgrades I have not had a single jam or problem with the sensor.
