EDIT 1:
Through gradual testing, I found that on my FDM printer the outer perimeter tends to be slightly smaller. So, I created a version scaled to 1.06 ( and 1.08), which works well for me while maintaining the correct spacing between the individual studs.
I created simple snowflakes with studs to make them compatible with LEGO Dots. When decorated with pearlescent LEGO tiles, they look quite nice. Each one has a hole in one corner for hanging, for example, on a tree or a window.
Accuracy highly depends on the calibration and precision of your printer. On one of my printers, I print 1:1 at 100% scale, and it works perfectly. However, on another printer, I have to adjust the scale to 1.05 to ensure the ornaments don't fall off the snowflake. Unfortunately, this needs to be tested and adjusted to achieve a satisfactory result.
CALIBRATION
For this reason, I prepared a calibration plate that allows you to determine the right scale adjustment for your printer so that LEGO Dots fit perfectly.
