Auchan Hot Gluegun 100W repair with FreeCAD file

The plastic broke in the trigger, I had to replace it…

I printed it with:

• ASA (I don't know how much heat need it to endure)
• 0.2 layer height
• 0.4 nozzle
• 3 perimeters
• 10% infill
• 4 top and bottom layers
• no support
• pins should be printed horizontally with a flat bottom on the bed.
• 2x BrickBody
• 1x PinBody
• 1x LongerPinBody

The spring will be attached to the longer pin. It is a bit tricky to put the cover back on. I used a plastic rod to hold the mechanism in place…
