These are covers for the Linear Rod holes at the bottom of the P1S, P1P and X1C,
They stop builtup of debris in the holes.
WARNING !!
If you print large models that require the bed to move to the very bottom of the build volume, then do not use these, as they can block the Linear Rod Bearings.
