10ml Estrogen/Estradiol Vial Transport Pot/Container

Modified version of a Insulin Transport Pot by PHM88, remixed for use with common estradiol vials. It has been tested with various 10 milliliter multi-dose injectable vials from various different vendors.

Be sure to set your print quality to at least 0.2mm when slicing. 0.1mm and ironing highly recommended.

Image shows a print with ABS, printed using an MK3S+ with a 0.25 nozzle (Revo), with the model slice being a 0.1mm print preset modified to do ironing, and 15% gyroid infill as well as doing concentric top- and bottom fill. A normal, faster 0.2 draft with PLA also works, though the screwing mechanism gets loud :D

This is a remix purely made in PrusaSlicer.

The following changes have been made:

• Overall
  • The model has been tightened for vials to fit more snugly, but still providing some tolerance for printing inaccuracies.
• Lid
  • The indent for the top of the vial has been widened, as most multi-use vials for Estrogen injectables have wider stoppers, and therefore, crimps.
  • Another hole for air has been added, to avoid the “worst-case” vial getting stuck due to underpressure. (Yes, this has happened during testing!)
• Base
  • The base of the base (heh) has been thickened, for better grip when opening the container.
  • An indent has been added to the thickened container for purposes of being able to actually fit a vial
