Under-Shelf Mounted BTT SKR E3 V2 Case

I am using an old BTT SKR mini E3 V2 to control  my MMU motors and needed a way to mount it.  
After finding this case on Printables I modified it to be mounted on a 20mm thick shelf, with a screw hole for securing it.

I changed the lid, since I don't need the fan, and instead added a bunch of circular holes for ventilation and cables.

The only holes on the main body are for the USB  and MicroSD card slot.

I made it mountable on a shelf, and changed the lid a bit (I don't need cooling fan).
The original's lid with cooling fan mounts works with this design too, if you need it.
