Insert for Pelican (Peli) G5 Field Wallet

This design provides custom inserts for the Pelican G5 Field Wallet, available in both .step and .stl file formats.

1. Blank Insert for Customization

A blank version without fillets serves as a starting point for creating your own custom insert. It includes pre-made cutouts:

• Cutout for the card retainer from the wallet lid.
• Pocket cutout in the bottom part of the wallet. It can still be used to hold small items such as a small silica desiccant bag (as shown in the example picture).

2. Example Insert

An arbitrary example insert demonstrates potential customization options. It features an added top cutout for easy removal of the insert from the wallet.

• The long horizontal cutout is closed by the card retainer strap in the top of the lid.
