To install the fanless HP640 I chose a vertical position with spacers for best heat transfer. On this thin client I run a home assistant server very powerconsumption-effective.
The spacers are split from the baseplate for better printability.

I used 4 x M4x16 DIN 7380-1 oval head screws (?) (Linsenkopfschrauben; See attached pic. L=16mm) to connect the baseplate, spacers into the vesa 100 mount of the device.
