PDF

Because sometimes you need a skinny screwdriver to reach that one screw hiding at the bottom of a deep dark hole, and you're too stubborn to just buy one.

What is this?

A simple handle that turns standard hex bits into precision screwdrivers. Comes with various mounting options compatible with RostaP's honeycomb storage wall system, because organizing your tools makes you feel like you have your life together.

Print Settings

  • Material: PETG or ABS (or something fancy if you're feeling adventurous)
  • Infill: Go nuts. The more walls the better. Print it solid if you want – we're not paying your filament bill.
  • Supports: Built-in support for bed adhesion included
  • Notes: Think about using a brim - this thing has a long lever arm and likes to throw tantrums during printing

Assembly & Usage

  • Fits standard hex bits (100mm length recommended)
  • Friction fit works 90% of the time. For the other 10%, a dab of CA glue will show that bit who's boss
  • Optional upgrades:
    • Add a small magnet behind the bit for extra grip
    • Install an M5 button head screw in the handle for counterweight and fancy points
    • Best used as a dedicated tool rather than constantly swapping bits (unless you enjoy watching plastic wear out)

Real Talk

Yes, you could probably buy something similar for less than the cost of the filament. But where's the fun in that? Plus, this one comes with the satisfaction of saying "I made that" when someone asks why your screwdriver looks weird.

Files include the handle, multiple storage options, and way too many variations of HSW mounts because I couldn't decide which one I liked best.
