OzArmour Bee Suit Hat Spreader - Replacement

I occasionally wash my OzArmour bee suits.  I remove the hat “spreader bar” to prevent damage before putting the suit in the washing machine.  I have been known to lose the spreader bar from time to time before putting it back in the suit.

I designed and printed a single replacement bar to be used in lieu of the two strips of nylon that come as original equipment with the suit.  I've designed the spreader bar so that it is one piece (rather than two), and it has rounded corners so that it is MUCH easier to put back into the suit compared to the original equipment.

Printing:

PETG is probably the ideal material for the job.  The one I made has a good feel - not too stiff and not too flexible.  I used:

• 0.2mm layer height
• 3 perimeters
• 5 top and 5 bottom layers
• 30% cubic infill

The included 3mf file has all the above settings included.
