Hot Air Nozzle Holder - Modular

Each “unit” of this nozzle holder holds two nozzles with a nominal 22mm ID. The units fit together like jigsaw puzzle pieces, so the holder can be expanded in either the horizontal or vertical direction (or both). 

Assembly and Use

The “tabs” and “slots” that lock the units together have a slight draft (taper), so the slot must be placed on top of the tab (see photos).

The units should fit together firmly, with no glue required (unless you want a permanent assembly).

Print Instructions

Print in PLA using the 3mf file provided, otherwise :

   0.2mm layer height
   2 perimeters
   10% rectilinear infill
