Original tube that come with eSUN eBOX is made from some sticky material (not PTFE) and filament get stuck in it from time to time making printing from the dryer almost impossible.
So I made my own version using standard parts. I use standard PC4-1 connector and PTFE tube 4mm OD but 3mm ID to make filament movement even smoother but it should work with standard 2mm ID…
It can be printed without support but you should use brim, I also used thick bridges since the walls are very thin. I also use 0.1mm layers, 4 perimeters and 8 top and bottom layers. Best material to print this IMHO is PET-G
Model have very tight tolerances so you may have to postprocess a bit, for example depending on PTFE tube you may have to use 4mm drill bit to clear to hole…
