Universal tape holder

This tape holder has gone through several revisions to get it where it is. The original design was a solid ring and that kept it snug but in humid environments the cardboard base roll for the tape swelled just enough to prevent it from going on at all. So this is the solution. Intended to attach to the wall with strong double stick tape or feel free to modify it with holes for screws if you are more comfortable with that.
