It works really well and holds also round partls very well. All screws are in the PDF “Name+Material” listed.
To make it go well you can make the “Washer” in different thicknesses and look what thickness works perfect for you. For me it was 0.2mm.
The thread of the “Spindel_Nut” must get recuted with a Tr22x4. I also recommend to recut all threads.
My printer (I3 Mega S) is to low to print the “Spindel” in 1 part so i made 2 parts that I conected with a M12 with threaded rod. But I have for you also the “Spindel” in one part if you can print it. ![]()
You need at least a buildplate of 205x150mm, and in height at least 270mm. The “Baseplate” is the biggest part and has the dimensions: 200x148mm. The “Spindel” is 265mm long, but must be printed upwards, because when you print it flat on the buildplate you have a little flat area.
I also made a PDF (called: Parts, Thread Rods…)where you can see all screws and other things you need to assemble the Vice.
The “Fixed_Mounting_Jaw” and the “Movable_Mounting_Jaw” have I made in PETG_Carbon, in hope they last longer.
