Electrolux/AEG/Ankarsrum Dough knife adapter

Since the dough knife is no longer sold as a spare part for machines older than N24 (-05) i had to make this adapter so that i could use the new knife (920900019) as a replacement.

It's not a 1:1 replacement since the angle of the knife is a bit more aggressive (about 10 degrees).

I have only tested on N22 but im guessing it will work for all N- models.

Model information

There are two adapters, one long and one short. 

The long adapter is used in conjuction with the dough hook and the short one with the dough roller.

Print instructions

100% infill/walls. 

Manually place seam in the groove to not impact the inner dimensions.

You need to print with a material which can withstand some friction.

I used Add:north Adura FDA (PA6 Nylon) and it has held up fine the last couple of months.
