Wall mount key holder with tray

This is a modern, wall-mounted key hanger with a functional and minimalist design, perfect for organizing keys and small items. The design includes multiple pegs and a tray for things like a wallet or air pods. The files provided come in various formats:

1. Solid Models: Includes versions with and without the bottom text, allowing you to slice and customize them as needed.
2. Cut Models: Split into two halves to fit smaller print beds (220x220 mm).

Printing Tips

• Infill: Use 10-15% infill for a good balance of strength and material efficiency.
• Layer height: This model was printed using a 0.4mm nozzle with a layer height of 0.2mm for optimal balance between detail and print time.
• Supports:
  • Custom supports have been designed for the tray overlay and connectors.
  • Additional supports can be added as needed, depending on your printer's capabilities.
  • Whole hanger can be opened with the slicer of your choice to cut and add connectors accordantly to your needs.
• Connector Tolerance: The connectors have a 0.3mm tolerance, which worked well on my printer. Adjust if necessary based on your specific setup.
• Updated Screw Caps: The model has been updated to accommodate screws like the ones shown in the picture. Ignore the caps on my printed model, as I miscalculated the screw head size and used a drill to enlarge the holes.

I've used superglue to join the two pieces together and secured the key hanger to the wall using two screws and anchors for a sturdy mount.
