Weighted base for mini vault

The mini vault by Rocco's stuff(model 1059790) is great. I just wanted to add some weight to the base. plus it worked as a slight raise in the base so I could get a good view of the gold I put in the safe on a pallet. I added a funnel in the bgcode as I wanted to fill it with sand or shot and did not want to do it on the printer so it also has a plug.
