Skadis Hook Clip

These are hook clips for the IKEA SKÅDIS boards.  These are very small, quick to print and do a great job of stopping the standard IKEA metal hooks from lifting out of the board when removing a tight fitting item.

Simply place the hook where you need it.  Insert a clip into a hole near the bottom of the hook, rotate it to align the slot and then press the hook into the clip to secure both.  

Easily removed and reposition by reversing the installation process.

The clips do not need to fit tightly in the board, they are simply there to stop the hook from easily lifting out of the slots.  

If you want to make it fit more tightly then just scale the STL file accordingly for your printer.

Optimum Print Settings:

• Standard 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height is fine.
• Print the clips “lying down” on their side. 
  • No supports are needed.
• Infill - 30% recommended  
  • To get the strongest results, increase the number of perimeters to 4 and no infill is needed.
