This is my “adaptive cable channel” system in different lenghts from 100 to 500mm (50mm increments)

measurement: 80x60mm, different lengths (hence “system8060”)

every channel has a litltle bridge to pull cable ties through, and tie some of your cables down, if you wish to.

it's ideal if you want to hide cables in prominent spots (edge of your desk etc). You simply select the color /filament of your choice, to make it fit (some fine wood PLA for classic desks for example, some pastel tones for a modern gaming desk, a fitting color for your kitchen cabinet and so on..)

Printing:

Print the cable channel standing up (lenghts obiously depends on the size of your printer). Print the side lids laying flat.

you should not need support for those parts.

I'm afraid the longer lids either have to be printed on a very big CoreXY  (standing up) or a belt printer (laying down), the 100 and 150mm lids can be printed standing on a bed slinger without a problem usually (maybe even the 200mm works with your printer, but it highly depends on bed adhesion, speed etc). You can try printing them laying down, if you are confident in your printers ability to handle overhangs.

i suggest using a brim as a support on CoreXY and bed slingers for the lid parts.

I am also very keen on seeing your makes, and what kind of fancy filaments you used for this sytem.
