@einarbjor_213540 would you give me an idea of how off the sizing is, and what your setup looks like? So far the size has worked for all of the cards I use on a regular basis. Maybe it's a regional issue or you're using different parameters that are affecting the accuracy. The tolerances are pretty tight, I might need to loosen them up a bit.

Attempt #2 (After reducing the width of the axis of rotation by half a millimeter)
Unfortunately, I think that the design is unusable. (edited)

@SaintVY I've added and tested a lever with .3mm of clearance that comes off easier. I think the binding is related to the snap on cover. I could create one with more clearance but I worry it would come off easier. It had a bit of a wear in period, but it's has been my daily driver for a couple of months so I wouldn't say it's unusable.

@Jon_15623 Don't take it personally, Jon. I'm just talking about my experience of using it. If it helps other users, I can add some details. I printed it with PLA, with a layer thickness of 0.2mm and 100% infill.

The axis of rotation is too thick, the rotating part is connected very tightly and almost does not rotate. When I tried to disasseble it, I broke the main part. I am disappointed. The model is promising, but the author should correct it.
Disclaimer: my printer is pretty well set up and the walls print even.
