I needed a wall box to cover some armoured network cable and connecting box where it entered the inside of the building. 150mm x 70mm and 25mm deep. Designing it with an open back meant I did not have to disconnect the wiring to secure it to the wall.
Holes to secure to wall are M4 countersunk. Cover is secured with 10mm M3 screws.
Printed on Prusa Mk4S Structural profile with 0.4 nozzle 0.2 layer height 4 perimeters 15% grid infill using standard Prusament PetG profile.
Optional but I used surface a modifier in Prusaslicer to add text to the lid using the MMU3 to colour the text.
Orient the lid top (outside surface) down on the print bed and the back box with the wall surface on the bed.
