Depending on your printer tolerance, and the filament you are using, the top part may be difficult to print. To avoid this, I included a support that can be printed with PLA before and introduced mid print just before it starts making the top part. However, the support can be too tight depending on tolerances. It may be better to print the support at a slightly smaller scale. In my case the support was too big and the top part did not fuse perfectly with the rest of the case, so I had to use superglue to put it all together.
The pictures are after about 3 weeks of usage, so it is not perfect, but the case fits really well and the buttons are all usable.
For the printer settings, I used the default 0.2 resolution and the recommended temperatures for my filament.
