Bracket for electronic rain gauge (weather station)

Bracket for electronic rain gauge, as available at aliexpress, etc. for weather stations (MS-WH-SP-RG). It's designed for a pole diameter of 37.5 mm.

Now that I know how the rain gauge works, I would prefer to print the rain gauge myself. It costs about 18 EUR in China, which seems expensive to me. It consists only of plastic and a reed sensor.
