This is a Lego-compatible enclosure and a gear for 130-class DC motors, which you can get for dirt cheap almost anywhere and you can control via microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi's, etc.

This design is part of a set of adapters for different motors, sensors and hobbyist-level electronic components which I created a few years ago and thought of naming Brikkitrons. Hence the name!
