Buddy3D Camera Mount Adapter for Prusa Official Enclosure

This adapter is designed to seamlessly integrate your Buddy3D camera into the official Prusa enclosure. By replacing the original camera support, this printed adapter provides a secure and stable mounting point, keeping your camera well-positioned for clear, consistent footage of your prints. With just one basic printed part and a quick installation.

Assembly Instructions:

Required Hardware:

• 2x M4x10 screws (M4x10r)
• 2x M4 nuts

Recommended Material:

• Prusament PETG (to withstand the higher temperatures inside the enclosure)
  Avoid using PLA, as it may deform under the enclosure’s internal heat.

Installation Steps:

1. Remove the two original M4x5r (originaly black) screws located at the top of the Prusa enclosure.
   
2. Replace these screws with the M4x10 screws, tightening them as you would normally.
3. Leave the protruding ends of the screws exposed inside the enclosure.
4. Slide the printed camera mount adapter onto these screw ends from below.
5. Secure the mount by fastening the two M4 nuts on the protruding screws.
6. Attach the Buddy3D camera to the newly installed adapter. Your camera is now securely mounted and ready for use.
