I wanted to design a fully 3d printable clamp that could scale up and down for different size projects. After a few trials, I found that this worked very well. There are a few types, depending on how your 3d printer does with things like supports. The body with accessories has the main C part of the clamp with the screw chassis and fixed jaw attached. Otherwise, these pieces are printed with dowel joints that slide into the body and afix with a dab of glue. The screw prints perfectly well and fits right into the chassis. This screw can be printed with the knob as one unit, or separately, in which case the knob and moveable jaw attach in a similar manner. Additionally, there is another clamp body with a flat top that has screw holes in it for any project that requires mounting something. For example, I wanted a way to hold my ipad up while walking on the treadmill, so I printed a few of these clamps and mounted a phone stand on top. Feel free to reach out with any questions and post your makes, remixes, and comments. Good luck and happy printing!
