Thanks to @Aztinoth_552973 for pointing out the incorrect scale on my initial upload. This has been corrected.
This weight bench is adjustable for incline and decline, featuring print-in-place joints in the bench assembly.
General Notes:
I recommend printing everything at .15-.2mm layer height.
I have printed from PLA and ASA, but that's up to you. ASA tends to look better in my opinion because it has a more matte appearance.
The associated barbell and plates can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/1219421-show-off-your-pr-with-dummy-13-olympic-barbell-set
Bench Assembly Notes:
Bench assembly should be printed on its side. Supports are needed. I recommend .1mm z spacing organic supports, or soluble snug supports. If using non-soluble supports, there is a good chance the organic supports with trap the arms. You may need to cut them away before removing.
The clearances for the print in place joints are tight, so you might have to carefully break them free, depending on your printer capabilities.
Bench Frame Notes:
Bench frame is printed standing upside-right.
Upright Notes:
Right and left Uprights should be printable with no supports, but the holes come out just a big cleaner with organic supports on bed only.
These look much better when printed on a smooth or satin bed. They are printed laying flat.
Upright Pin Notes:
Print on the flat end I recommend using a brim, and printing a few extras, since they do get lost.
