UGreen 130W Car Charger Cooler (Non-destructive)

I designed this cooler for the UGreen 130W Car Charger because I wanted to be able to charge my power bank at full speed. It mounts around the charger without requiring any permanent changes. When stock, the charger overheats when delivering 100W over USB within a couple of minutes and falls back to 65W or even 35W. With the cooling turned on, it never overheats! The switch is there to disable the fans when not in use, or when charging lower power devices. A resistor could be added in series with the fans to reduce their speed and improve the noise situation. 

The small arrow on the face plate indicates which port is the fast charging port if assembled properly.

Print settings:

• 0.12mm layer height for small detail
• PETG material to handle heat in the car

Materials needed:

• 2x 3010 5V blower fans
• 4x M4x12 hex head bolts
• 1x Toggle switch
• 1x USB cable to sacrifice
