A replica of a drone droppable mutition that operates on .22 caliber blanks for ramset tools that you'd find at Lowes or Home Depot… I made this to play around with in my backyard but the airsoft field I play at allowed me to repurpose this for use in games. They know me so you should check with your own field first.

Ok the only things you need for hardware is a 1 ½ inch #4D nail. This will act as the firing pin for the blank. You also need a blank cartridge. Luckily, home depot and lowes sell boxes of 100 for like 12 bucks.

Production is quite simple. This was originally designed to be printed in PLA but it's a much safer airsoft design if you print it out of TPU. Print the two parts. Add your .22 caliber blank (or primed empty .22 would work as well). Put the nail in the tip. It should have positive retention already but if the hole is too big, add a small piece of thick tape to the nail so it will stay in the tip. Add a bit of string or pyrotechnic fuse through the holes in the fins and you're ready to milsim your way to a war crime. Just kidding! Remember… Safety first!

Danger warning: I'm not a lawyer but its pretty obvious that you'll blow your hand off or Alec Baldwin someone if you actually use this as a toy. Blank firing cartridges are really not something to mess around with. And yes. Live rounds will also fire so don't be a jackass please. You'll be ruining airsoft for everyone involved.

As with all of my creations, this is now in the public domain. I don't need or want credit. Change it however you like.
