Heyho

//If you need the LED tealight holder in a different size please comment/ contact me!//

Here I have a Christmas decoration “Prusa Style” for you :D

I had that many empty prusa spools lying around that I came up with this design.

You have some different options how to build your own chandelier btw!

The Installation process is quite easy and you only need some LED- Tealights and an empty Prusament spool!

My tealight (base) dimensions: 37 mm diameter & 19,5 mm height.

No special Hardware required!

You can screw the middle part tight. Simply insert the tower from the top of the prusament spool and then screw it tight from the bottom!

Possible builds:
A) Spinning tower

If you want to improove the spinning you can scrape of a potential seam & lube the upper part with some parafin wax. But I did not need to do that. I spins like a bearing :D

B) Simple Spool (Top only + Full Spool)

//You can use the “Spool Clips” to add some greens in between the 2 halfs of the spool :)

For the Clips you can choose between the Long and short version. The long version is in combination with the Plateaux.

Clips: Choose an opening second close to the edge of the spool to get a firm lock!

Pringint Instructions:

Since this is “only” Decoration you can simply choose PLA and print with 2 Perimeters, 15-25% Infill.

You can add a height modificator to make the top of the spinning tower a little tougher.

Feature:

The design is not created to withstand huge forces. So if it somehow happens that your decoration falls down or your kids destroy it I added a M4 threading to repair the stand if it should break off :D

Have fun!
